Job summary
Coforge in Windsor, CT is seeking an experienced SFDC Manager to lead delivery and evolution of Salesforce solutions across business functions. You will partner with stakeholders, product owners, and tech teams to translate requirements into scalable Salesforce designs, oversee architecture, security, integrations, and data management.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, business, or a related field.
- 12+ years of experience in Salesforce/SFDC, with significant experience in Salesforce.
Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery and ongoing enhancement of Salesforce solutions across business functions.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate business needs into Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership for Salesforce architecture, configuration, customization, integrations, data management, security, and platform capabilities.
- Manage and prioritize Salesforce enhancements, projects, defects, technical debt, and operational activities.
- Lead Salesforce administrators, developers, analysts, architects, and external partners for delivery and support.
- Manage Salesforce implementation and managed-service partners, including delivery quality and timelines.
