Job summary

ALSAC is seeking a senior software engineer to lead the design, development, and integration of enterprise applications, leveraging Salesforce Data Cloud to enable customer insights and scalable data services.

You will mentor junior engineers, partner with analysts and customers, and drive SDLC best practices across front-end, back-end, data, and database layers in a collaborative, cross-functional environment.

Qualifications

• Experience across front-end, back-end, data, and database technologies.
• Proven ability to work in a cross-functional team with defined roles.
• 5–8 years of technical, analytical, systems, and programming experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, development, and support of multi-layer enterprise applications.
• Mentor Software Engineers I/II and conduct code reviews.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define business and technology needs.
• Drive technical initiatives across systems and applications.
