Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• 7+ years of product ownership/product management experience, including Salesforce/CRM platforms.
• Proven success owning roadmaps and backlogs and delivering measurable outcomes.
• Strong understanding of CRM strategy, customer data/intelligence, and value realization.
• Experience establishing governance and prioritization across competing stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to apply AI-driven customer intelligence to improve strategy and customer outcomes.
• Skilled in translating business needs into user stories and technical requirements.
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum (or similar delivery methodology).
• Strong communication skills with executive-level stakeholder management.
• Data-driven approach to adoption, ROI, and platform health measurement.
• Working familiarity with Salesforce Sales Cloud & Service Cloud, Snowflake/SQL, CDP/Customer Intelligence capabilities, and React-based web applications.
• Experience using reporting, dashboards, and CRM analytics to drive prioritization and decision-making.
• Industry experience in distribution, manufacturing, or B2B sales environments preferred.
• PMP, CSPO, CSM, and/or Salesforce certifications preferred.
