Yoh Services LLC seeks an experienced Director of Salesforce CRM Product Strategy to drive the enterprise CRM roadmap for sales, service, and operations from McKinney, TX. This senior, individually contributing role emphasizes strategic influence with executives and hands-on product delivery.

The ideal candidate brings Salesforce product leadership, governance, and AI-enabled CRM experience to optimize business processes, analytics, and revenue growth in a hybrid work setting.

Qualifications

• 5–7 years of product management or ownership experience, with Salesforce CRM experience.
• Proven ownership of Salesforce product strategy, roadmaps, backlog prioritization, delivery.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud in enterprise environments.
• Experience translating objectives into user stories, acceptance criteria, and technical specs.

Responsibilities

• Direct the strategy and roadmap for Salesforce CRM products across sales, service, and operations.
• Own backlog management and prioritization; coordinate releases and enhancements.
• Translate business objectives into detailed epics, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, and Agile teams to deliver CRM capabilities.
• Identify process improvements and automation to enhance customer experiences and revenue.
• Leverage CRM analytics and data to inform product decisions and drive value.
• Evaluate AI-enabled CRM capabilities and data-driven improvements for sales effectiveness.
• Establish product intake, governance, platform standards, and prioritization processes.
• Monitor adoption, performance, and business value of technology investments.
• Coordinate with external partners regarding capabilities, licensing, and delivery.
• Present initiatives and investments to executive leadership.
