Job summary

Eliassen Group in Irvine, CA seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead a Salesforce CRM integration after an acquisition. You will consolidate multiple Salesforce orgs, harmonize business processes, and drive stakeholder alignment toward a targeted go-live in April 2027.

This on-site role requires rapid assessment of ongoing work, establishing governance, coordinating executive sponsors, Salesforce teams, IT, and partners to deliver a seamless transformation with strong governance and reporting.

Qualifications

• 7+ years leading enterprise software implementations.
• Hands-on Salesforce CRM programs and transformations.
• Experience with data migration, system integration, and enterprise deployments.
• Strong executive visibility, stakeholder facilitation, and governance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Salesforce CRM integration post-acquisition.
• Assess current Salesforce program and own delivery.
• Align scope, timelines, and solution design across teams.
• Partner with executive sponsors and stakeholders for governance.
• Establish project controls, executive reporting, and escalation management.
• Guide CRM process harmonization and risk tradeoffs.
• Oversee Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, data migration, and SAP integrations.
• Coordinate testing, deployment, and production readiness.
• Manage plans, milestones, risks, budgets, and deliverables across workstreams.
• Lead status meetings, steering reviews, and executive updates.
• Enable change management and user adoption.
