IO Associates is seeking a Senior Salesforce Business Analyst / Business Change Lead for a remote 6- to 12-month contract. You will connect business stakeholders, IT and the implementation partner to shape the Salesforce delivery and prepare teams to adopt the new CRM.

The role covers Sales, Marketing and Customer Success, requires 10+ years in business analysis or Revenue/Sales Operations, and proven CRM transformation experience (ideally Salesforce).

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in business analysis, business change, enablement, Sales Operations or Revenue Operations.
• Experience supporting a CRM transformation or implementation, ideally Salesforce.
• Strong understanding of sales, marketing and customer lifecycle processes.
• Confidence facilitating workshops, gathering requirements and documenting processes.
• Evidence of helping business users prepare for and adopt a new system.
• Ability to work with senior leaders, business users, technical teams and partners.

Responsabilités

• Lead workshops across Sales, Marketing, Revenue Operations and Customer Success.
• Map current and future processes across lead management, quoting, onboarding, account management and renewals.
• Translate business needs into requirements and user stories for the Salesforce delivery partner.
• Review proposed solutions, identify gaps and help stakeholders reach decisions.
• Coordinate business participation in UAT and validate processes.
• Support change communications, role-based training and business readiness.
• Assist teams through go-live, hypercare and adoption.
