Interclypse Inc. is seeking a Salesforce Leader to define requirements, design solutions, and drive Salesforce initiatives for Maryland state agency programs. The role focuses on architecture, integration, and end-to-end delivery across multiple projects.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in the field, strong knowledge of Salesforce configurations, MuleSoft integrations, and APIs, and will lead teams to achieve enterprise objectives in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information systems, business, or related field.
12+ years of relevant industry experience.
Experience delivering Salesforce CRM architecture and design.
Knowledgeable of Salesforce, MuleSoft, and API integrations.

Responsibilities

Define requirements, perform analyses, and develop plans for Salesforce initiatives.
Schedule, manage, and support applications and batch operations across environments.
Ensure Salesforce architecture aligns with enterprise standards and roadmap.
Collaborate with development teams to deliver objectives through iterative delivery.
Stay informed on Salesforce releases and drive CRM product roadmap.
Lead project management, coaching, and talent development.
