Our client seeks a seasoned Project Manager to lead a Salesforce CRM integration following an acquisition. The role will drive consolidation of multiple Salesforce orgs, harmonize business processes, and manage complex stakeholder alignment. The Project Manager will quickly assess an in-flight implementation, establish governance and controls, and coordinate executive sponsors, Salesforce teams, IT, and partners toward a targeted go-live of April 2027.

Responsibilities
- Lead integration and consolidation of Salesforce CRM capabilities post-acquisition.
- Assess the current state of an active Salesforce program and assume ownership of delivery.
- Align business and technology teams on scope, timelines, customization, and solution design.
- Partner with executive sponsors and stakeholders to drive strategic decisions and governance.
- Establish project controls, executive reporting, and escalation management.
- Guide CRM process harmonization, standardization versus customization, and risk tradeoffs.
- Oversee Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, customer portal capabilities, data migration, and integrations with SAP and connected applications.
- Coordinate integration testing, defect management, deployment planning, and production readiness.
- Manage plans, milestones, risks, dependencies, budgets, and deliverables across workstreams.
- Lead status meetings, steering reviews, and executive updates while driving accountability.
- Enable change management, organizational readiness, user adoption, and training.
- Navigate differing priorities and cultures to build trust and consensus.
Experience Requirements
- 7+ years of project management leading enterprise software implementations.
- Hands-on experience managing Salesforce CRM programs and transformations.
- Strong CRM strategy knowledge, customer lifecycle understanding, and Salesforce platform expertise.
- Experience with data migration, system integration, and enterprise deployments.
- Proven ability to renegotiate timelines, scope, and priorities in complex environments.
- Executive communication, stakeholder management, and facilitation skills.
- Background in risk management, governance, and change management.
- Preferred: M&A or enterprise integration experience, Salesforce program leadership, Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, customer portals, SAP integrations, enterprise data migrations, SIT and UAT, PMP certification, and experience in semiconductor, manufacturing, or high-tech. Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
