Job summary

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Salesforce development experience in a large corporate environment.
• Strong hands-on Salesforce development, debugging, and maintenance.
• Expertise in Apex programming language.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning UI, LWC.
• Solid understanding of Salesforce Lightning Connect to call external API.
• Experience with REST API and data transfers.
• Good understanding of OAuth2, caching, and integration with Outlook.
• Ability to develop reports and dashboards to monitor data quality.
• Experience using AI-assisted development tools and validating AI outputs for correctness and security.
• Understanding responsible AI use in engineering workflows and data sensitivity.
• Knowledge of SDLC and agile methodologies (CI/CD, security).
• Experience with AI-assisted development and testing tools within Salesforce SDLC.

Responsibilities

• Executes software solutions, design, development, and troubleshooting with ability to handle non-routine problems.
• Creates secure, high-quality production code and maintains algorithms.
• Produces architecture and design artifacts for complex applications and ensures design constraints.
• Leverages enterprise AI coding tools to improve code quality, speed, and productivity with peer review and secure coding.
• Uses SDLC tools including AI-assisted development to improve automation and value.
• Gathers, analyzes, and visualizes data from large datasets for continuous improvement of software applications.
• Identifies hidden data patterns to drive improvements in coding hygiene and system architecture.
• Contributes to communities of practice and fosters inclusive team culture.
• Leverages AI-assisted tools across the SDLC to enhance code quality and security while meeting risk standards.
