Job summary

JPMorgan Chase in Plano, TX seeks a hands-on Salesforce engineer to design and deliver secure, production-grade solutions. You will own end-to-end technical execution from design through production support, work with AI-assisted tooling, and help modernize platforms through automation and integration.

The role emphasizes performance tuning, large data handling, REST APIs, LWC, Apex, Flows, and FSC/Service Cloud.

Qualifications

Hands-on experience using enterprise-authorized AI-assisted software development tools with demonstrated ability to critically evaluate AI outputs for correctness, performance, and security.
Understanding of responsible AI use in engineering workflows, including data sensitivity and secure handling of inputs/outputs.
5+ years of Salesforce development experience including Apex, LWC, Triggers, Flows, and integrations with Sales/Service FSC.

Responsibilities

Design, develop, and troubleshoot Salesforce solutions; break down complex problems with practical approaches.
Build secure, production-grade code; review and improve code written by others.
Leverage AI-assisted development tools to improve quality, speed, and automation.
Identify recurring issues and implement automation to enhance operational stability of applications.
Contribute to communities of practice to drive adoption of emerging technologies in software engineering.
