Job summary
Foundation Medicine, Inc. is seeking a Senior CRM Solution Architect for Commercial and Medical to own Salesforce-based solutions across global Commercial and Medical functions.
You will translate business needs into scalable configurations, govern platform integrity, and partner with delivery teams on end-to-end implementations. The role blends portfolio oversight with hands-on design, enabling compliant, well-documented architectures in a regulated life sciences environment, while
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or higher in IT/CS/Business/Life Sciences or related field.
- 10+ years delivering and supporting enterprise apps with CRM focus.
- Hands-on Salesforce functional architecture, data and security models.
- End-to-end platform implementations and post-go-live support.
- Portfolio and project management experience with intake, funding and governance.
- Experience in regulated environments (healthcare/biotech/pharma).
Responsibilities
- Serve as internal Salesforce functional architecture and configuration expert.
- Translate business requirements into scalable, compliant solution designs.
- Lead platform implementations, migrations and enhancement releases.
- Own requirements gathering, design, user stories and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with IT for release management and testing.
- Develop user adoption activities, training materials and post-release support.
- Maintain portfolio hygiene, status, milestones, risks and financials.
