Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Administration, Life Sciences, or a related field
• 10+ years delivering and supporting enterprise business applications, with at least 5 years focused on CRM platforms
• Hands-on Salesforce functional architecture and configuration experience
• Experience leading end-to-end platform implementations and enhancement releases
• Portfolio and project management including intake, business case development, funding and approval processes
• Capacity planning, resource forecasting, and staffing coordination across teams
• Experience with Commercial and Medical processes in regulated environments (healthcare/biotech/pharma)

Responsibilities

• Salesforce functional architecture & configuration leadership
• Lead platform implementations and enhancements from requirements through deployment
• Own requirements gathering, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Coordinate release management, testing, and validation with IT
• Provide user adoption activities, training materials, documentation, and post-release support
• Maintain portfolio hygiene, prioritization, and governance across Commercial and Medical tech
