Job summary

Distalmotion is seeking a Sr. Commercial Systems Analyst to design and manage our global Sales and Marketing CRM (Salesforce/SFDC) and to build analytical dashboards using BI tools (Tableau, Pigment) and CPQ like Conga/Salesforce CPQ.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of hands-on experience with Salesforce, CPQ, and BI tools.

Responsibilities

• Serve as CRM/CPQ subject-matter expert, manage configurations, flows, security, and system health.
• Analyze sales performance, pipeline metrics, and forecasting using SFDC, Trackwise, and BI platforms to drive improvements.
• Architect end-to-end data integration to create a single source of truth for cross-department reporting.
• Design and maintain multi-dimensional commercial models to assess market shifts and strategy changes.
• Develop high-visibility dashboards and data hygiene initiatives for executive leadership.
