Job summary

DDN in Albany, NY is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer with deep CPQ expertise to own the full delivery lifecycle—from discovery and design to build, test, deploy and hypercare. You will operate as a small, high-impact pod, owning scope end‑to‑end and partnering directly with business stakeholders.

Responsibilities include designing, building, and maintaining Salesforce CPQ solutions (catalogs, pricing, bundles, discount rules, templates), integrating with ERP/billing systems via REST/SOAP

Qualifications

• 7–10 years Salesforce experience including CPQ
• Hands-on Apex, LWC, Aura, and Salesforce Flows
• Strong integration experience using REST/SOAP APIs
• Experience with Git, SFDX, and CI/CD tooling
• Excellent communication with finance and engineering teams

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions including catalogs, bundles, pricing models, discount schedules, templates, and approval workflows.
• Translate business requirements into solutions; act as BA, developer, and QA across lifecycle, partnering with Sales Ops, Finance, Order Management, and Provisioning teams.
• Build core Salesforce customizations using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Salesforce Flows.
• Design and implement inbound/outbound integrations between Salesforce and ERP, billing, finance, provisioning, and other systems using REST/SOAP APIs, OAuth, named credentials, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, and Bulk/Streaming APIs.
• Collaborate with integration/middleware team to design contracts, troubleshoot flows, and ship end-to-end solutions.
• Own renewals, amendments, co-terming, and contract lifecycle flows within CPQ.
• Manage deployments using SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines.
• Own production support for the CPQ stack; investigate quote calculation issues and remediation.
• Write unit tests, perform peer code reviews, uphold engineering quality standards.
