Job summary

DDN is seeking a Staff Salesforce Developer in New York with deep CPQ expertise to join our Salesforce engineering team. The role requires end-to-end ownership from discovery to hypercare, owning CPQ renewals and contracts, and building integrations with ERP and billing systems.

You will deploy using SFDX and Git-based workflows, collaborating with Sales Ops, Finance, Order Management, and Provisioning teams to ship reliable CPQ solutions.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of total Salesforce experience, with at least 4+ years in CPQ.
• Deep CPQ expertise: bundles, pricing, discounts, templates, and renewals.
• Hands-on Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce Flows.
• Experience with REST/SOAP integrations and security considerations.
• Collaborates with integration/middleware, data, and DevOps teams.
• Owns end-to-end feature delivery from discovery to production.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain Salesforce CPQ solutions (catalogs, pricing, bundles, rules).
• Translate requirements into working solutions across BA, dev, and QA roles.
• Develop core Salesforce customizations using Apex, LWC, Aura, Visualforce, and Flows.
• Implement inbound/outbound integrations with ERP, billing, and finance systems.
• Collaborate with integration/middleware teams to ship end-to-end solutions.
• Own renewals, amendments, and contract lifecycle flows within CPQ.
• Manage deployments with SFDX, Git, and CI/CD pipelines (Copado/Gea rset/Flosum).
• Provide production support for CPQ, investigate pricing and integration issues.
• Write unit tests and perform peer code reviews to uphold quality.
• Leverage AI tools (Agentforce Vibes, Copilot, Claude) to improve speed and quality.
