Job summary

Epicor, a global ERP leader, seeks an experienced Salesforce Architect to translate complex business requirements into scalable designs across CPQ, Billing, Revenue, and related systems. You will drive end-to-end solution architecture, mentor engineers, and ensure governance and lifecycle alignment across projects.

The role requires 8+ years in Salesforce administration and platform development, with deep CPQ/Billing experience, strong stakeholder facilitation, and a proven track record leading

Qualifications

• Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or equivalent experience.
• 8+ years' experience in Salesforce administration and platform development within enterprise environments.
• 5+ years' experience supporting Salesforce CPQ, Salesforce Billing, or equivalent solutions.
• Demonstrated experience leading large-scale Salesforce initiatives from requirements gathering through deployment.
• Strong understanding of Salesforce security, governance, release management, and platform lifecycle management.
• Proven expertise in business analysis, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder facilitation.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and time management skills in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Translate complex business requirements into scalable functional and technical solution designs across Salesforce ecosystems
• Lead architecture and end-to-end solution design for Salesforce CPQ, Billing, Revenue, and adjacent business systems
• Design and implement Salesforce solutions using declarative tools such as Flows, validation rules, approval processes, and custom objects
• Evaluate current-state vs. future-state architectures, identifying gaps and recommending improvements aligned to industry best practices
• Ensure solutions are secure, scalable, performant, and aligned with Salesforce platform governance and lifecycle standards
• Provide technical leadership, mentorship, and guidance to junior developers and cross-functional team members
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex CPQ and Billing issues while staying current with new Salesforce features and enhancements
