Job summary

ELLKAY is seeking a Senior, hands-on Business Systems Administrator to own the Salesforce ecosystem and its end-to-end quote-to-cash stack. You will lead discovery with business stakeholders, design scalable solutions, and configure Salesforce and related integrations.

In this role you will mentor admins, drive adoption, and stay current with Salesforce releases and best practices. The position supports a hybrid work model with remote options and a comprehensive benefit package.

Qualifications

5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including 3+ in a senior or lead capacity.
Certified Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator.
CPQ Specialist and Platform App Builder certifications strongly preferred.
Experience integrating Salesforce with ERP, billing, and contract management systems.
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

Serve as the technical point of contact for quote-to-cash applications.
Lead discovery workshops and requirements gathering sessions with Sales, Finance, Legal, Customer Success, and RevOps stakeholders.
Translate business needs into scalable, well-designed technical solutions.
Present solution options and trade-offs to leadership and drive decisions to closure.
Mentor Salesforce administrators and team members.
