Qualifications

5+ years of hands-on Salesforce consulting or enterprise administration.
3+ years leading multi-cloud implementations.
Salesforce Administrator cert plus two Consultant certs (Nonprofit Cloud, Education Cloud, Sales Cloud, or Service Cloud).
Bonus for Platform App Builder, OmniStudio, Integration Architect, or Marketing Cloud Consultant.
Bachelors degree or equivalent professional experience.
Must be authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship is unavailable.

Responsibilities

Architect multi-cloud Salesforce solutions across Education Cloud, Nonprofit Cloud, Sales, Service, Experience, and Marketing Clouds.
Own project delivery including planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, UAT, deployment, and post-go-live support.
Conduct peer design reviews and ensure security, performance, and scalability best practices.
Act as trusted advisor guiding roadmaps, adoption strategies, and KPIs for clients.
Mentor consultants and contribute to internal enablement resources.
Support growth by collaborating with Engagement Directors and Solution Architects on estimates and proposals.
