Job summary
ELYON International seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer Lead to provide technical leadership and hands‑on development for a large‑scale federal healthcare modernization initiative. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
- 10+ years of software development experience.
- 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
- 3+ years leading Salesforce development teams in large enterprise environments.
- Experience with secure coding practices and Agile/DevSecOps.
Responsibilities
- Lead design, development, enhancement, and deployment of enterprise Salesforce solutions.
- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to Salesforce developers and teams.
- Architect scalable solutions using Salesforce Lightning and Apex.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technical solutions.
- Oversee development standards, code reviews, and security compliance.
- Drive integrations between Salesforce and enterprise systems.
- Lead CI/CD and DevOps initiatives and support platform modernization.
- Ensure compliance with federal security, privacy, accessibility, and governance requirements.
