MAXIMUS is seeking a Salesforce Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across multiple clouds, ensuring scalable solutions that align with business goals. You will partner with stakeholders to translate complex requirements into technically sound roadmaps and oversee integration patterns, data architecture, and governance.

The role demands 7+ years in enterprise Salesforce architecture, strong leadership, and experience in contact center integrations. A CTA or similar certification is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field; 7+ years of professional experience.
• 7+ years of related experience in enterprise architecture roles.
• 5–7 years Salesforce experience in architect roles, development, and integration.
• Experience with Salesforce contact center integrations and architecture.
• Salesforce certifications (CTA or related) are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
• Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards, integration patterns, and best practices.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps and solutions.
• Own integration architecture including real-time and batch data sync, APIs, and events.
• Provide leadership, code reviews, and governance to ensure Salesforce limits are respected.
• Oversee data architecture, migration strategies, data quality, and security/compliance.
