Job summary

MAXIMUS is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end architecture across multiple clouds, including Sales, Service, Experience, Health Cloud, and Field Service, ensuring scalability and alignment with business goals.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in a relevant field with 7+ years of experience.
Salesforce architecture, development, and integration experience.
CTA or related Salesforce certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end Salesforce architecture across multiple clouds.
Define enterprise standards, integration patterns, and best practices.
Collaborate with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
Own integration architecture and API strategy.
Provide technical leadership and code reviews.
Oversee data architecture, modeling, migration, and security.
Evaluate Salesforce-native and third-party solutions.
Collaborate with DevOps on CI/CD pipelines and environment strategies.
Ensure security, compliance, and identity management practices.
Advise leadership on risk, trade-offs, and pre-sales.
