Maximus is seeking a Salesforce Architecture Leader to oversee end-to-end architecture across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and more. You will drive integration patterns, data governance, and enterprise standards while mentoring delivery teams.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree and 7+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
7 years related experience.
5 to 7 years of Salesforce experience performing architect roles, technical development.
Salesforce technical architect, development, integration of contact center, ability to demonstrate Salesforce solutions.
Salesforce Administrator, Salesforce Developer.

Responsibilities

Lead end-to-end technical architecture and design of Salesforce solutions across multiple clouds.
Define and enforce enterprise architecture standards, integration patterns, and development best practices.
Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into technical roadmaps.
Own integration architecture including real-time and batch integrations and API strategy.
Provide technical leadership and mentorship to development teams.
Oversee data architecture, modeling, migration, and security considerations.
Evaluate Salesforce-native and third-party solutions to meet requirements.
Collaborate with DevOps to define CI/CD pipelines and release management.
Ensure security, compliance, and identity management best practices.
Act as trusted advisor during pre-sales, discovery, and delivery phases.
