Qualifications

• Extensive Salesforce experience with platform, automation, and integration
• Experience modernizing CI/CD and deployment processes
• Familiarity with billing/Quote-to-Cash workflows preferred

Responsibilities

• Promote AI‑driven automation across the platform by piloting solutions like Einstein and LLM workflows
• Design, build, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Flow, and LWC
• Contribute to CI/CD modernization and test automation
• Support billing and Quote-to-Cash processes with product and finance teams
• Collaborate with product managers, architects, QA, and engineers during sprint cycles
• Ensure unit testing and automated coverage; partner with Production Support for issue resolution
• Identify technical debt and performance issues; drive automation and AI-driven improvements
• Share knowledge through documentation and peer collaboration; mentor junior engineers
