Job summary

Elastic is seeking a Sr. Salesforce Engineer to own end-to-end delivery of full-stack features, spanning UI, APIs, data models, and integrations. You will work with Salesforce technologies (LWC, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, Flows) and AI-assisted tools to streamline revenue processes and scale platform architecture.

You will apply solid design patterns, SDLC, Agile methods, and CI/CD practices, collaborating across teams to produce reliable production systems with governance and human-in-the-loop checks.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of professional full-stack software engineering experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or related field.
• Proficiency in frontend technologies (JS/TS, HTML, CSS) and backend development (REST, SQL).
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted coding tools such as Cursor, Claude Code, Codex, GitHub Copilot.
• Solid grounding in software design patterns, SDLC, Agile, Git, and CI/CD.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to design scalable solutions.
• Excellent communication and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and ship full-stack features end-to-end — UI, APIs, business logic, data models, and integrations.
• Develop frontend components and robust backend services with clean, maintainable code.
• Use AI-assisted tools across the SDLC with governance and quality checks.
• Design integrations using REST APIs and event-driven patterns.
• Develop on Salesforce with LWC, Apex, SOQL/SOSL, and Flows.
• Explore AI-powered features and governance for business processes.
• Own features through full lifecycle: design, development, testing, deployment, production support.
• Contribute to CI/CD, automated testing, code reviews, and Agile ceremonies.
