Job summary

BravoTECH is seeking a Salesforce Business Analyst to translate business needs into effective Salesforce solutions. This role blends business analysis, hands-on Salesforce configuration, requirements gathering, and go-live support, working with stakeholders, developers, and QA teams to deliver value.

You will participate in requirements sessions, user story creation, and end-user training while ensuring timely delivery and successful adoption of Salesforce solutions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of hands-on Salesforce experience.
• Salesforce Administrator certification.
• Experience configuring Salesforce and supporting implementations.
• Experience writing user stories and managing product backlogs.
• Strong data management skills.
• Ability to clearly communicate complex business requirements.
• Experience driving assigned projects or deliverables to completion.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.
• Ability to collaborate in an Agile environment.
• Bachelor's degree or combination of relevant certification and 1–2 years of analytical experience.

Responsibilities

• Partner with customers and project teams to understand processes and requirements.
• Translate requirements into user stories, tasks, and backlog items.
• Configure Salesforce and AppExchange solutions to support business needs.
• Collaborate with developers, QA, and business teams to test solutions.
• Participate in workshops, UAT, and end-user training sessions.
• Manage deliverables and timelines for project completion.
• Support Salesforce data management and related activities.
• Conduct end-user training to improve Salesforce adoption.
• Prepare for go-live and provide post-production support.
• Analyze business challenges and propose practical solutions.
