Job summary

Socket.dev is seeking a senior Salesforce Architect to lead architecture and delivery of complex Salesforce initiatives in the United States. You will drive design decisions, align with IT strategy, and mentor teams across stakeholders.

You will be responsible for creating scalable, secure solutions and leveraging the latest Salesforce capabilities. The ideal candidate has 7+ years of Salesforce experience, advanced certifications, and a track record of delivering enterprise-scale projects.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field; Master’s preferred.
10+ years IT experience with at least 7 years in Salesforce architecture and development.
Proven experience designing and implementing complex Salesforce solutions.
Extensive experience with Salesforce platform: Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Community Cloud, and custom apps.
Proficient in Salesforce technologies: Apex, Visualforce, Lightning Components, Salesforce APIs.
Strong data modeling, integration patterns, and security best practices.
Experience with Agile/Scrum and DevOps.
CTA or Application Architect certifications preferred; other Salesforce certs welcomed.

Responsibilities

Provide technical leadership and vision for Salesforce initiatives aligned with IT and business goals.
Lead architecture sessions and document solutions; identify gaps between current and desired end states.
Demonstrate successful leadership of large Salesforce initiatives from concept to delivery.
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical designs.
Design scalable Salesforce solutions meeting business needs with security and best practices.
Stay updated on Salesforce features and propose adoption where useful.
Coordinate with leaders, IT and partners to prioritize initiatives and align with goals.
Develop architectural blueprints and integrations with other systems.
Ensure adherence to design, development, and deployment standards.
Communicate decisions and plans to technical and non-technical audiences.
Conduct regular code reviews and enforce coding standards.
