Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Principal Salesforce Developer to set technical direction for Salesforce initiatives while remaining hands-on with complex engineering work. You will drive architecture, enforce standards, and lead cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions.

You will mentor developers, oversee integrations with SAP and legacy systems, and guide governance and best practices across the Salesforce team.

Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or higher required; advanced degree preferred.
• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience or 5+ years with advanced degree.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and development of complex Salesforce apps using Apex and LWC.
• Implement integrations between Salesforce, SAP, and legacy systems.
• Apply SSO and identity protocols across enterprise apps.
• Guide data management in multi-region environments with complex configurations.
• Mentor developers and enforce coding standards and governance.
• Oversee Salesforce integrations via REST/SOAP and middleware.
• Collaborate with analysts and project managers to define technical specs.
• Provide hands-on development and refactor efforts for key features.
