Job summary

MiniMed is seeking an experienced Hands-On Engineering Technical Lead to drive the Salesforce eCommerce platform's technical vision and execution. You'll balance hands-on coding (40%) with guiding architecture, standards, and mentoring engineers for long-term scale.

You will shape design, enforce quality, document specifications, and collaborate with product and cross-functional teams to translate complex business needs into robust technical solutions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years delivering and scaling go-to-market eCommerce solutions.
• Deep hands-on knowledge across the Salesforce ecosystem (Commerce Cloud, B2B/B2C).
• Strong proficiency with modern web languages, frameworks, and tools.
• Experience reviewing pull requests and mentoring dev teams.
• Copado exposure and managing technical debt in fast-paced environments.
• Salesforce Certified B2B/B2C Commerce Developer and Platform Developer II preferred.

Responsibilities

• Define broader technical design, core frameworks, and standards for Salesforce Commerce ecosystem.
• Guide architecture, enforce engineering standards, and reduce technical debt.
• Write production-grade code for high-impact features and complex integrations.
• Refactor legacy code and troubleshoot critical system issues.
• Mentor junior-to-mid developers and lead code reviews.
• Ensure agile processes deliver high-quality, timely results.
