Siemens Digital Industries Software is seeking a visionary Salesforce Solution Architecture Lead to drive the design, governance, and evolution of our Salesforce ecosystem as a core enabler of enterprise growth.

This senior leadership role will define the architectural vision for Salesforce across the organization, ensuring flawless integration with SAP and other enterprise platforms via MuleSoft, and will own the design, integration, and optimization of Salesforce solutions that leverage AI,

Qualifications

• Master’s or bachelor’s degree in business, computer science, computer engineering, electrical engineering, system analysis or a related field of study.
• 8+ years as a Solutions Architect in strategic/operations planning or business analysis.
• Extensive Salesforce architecture leadership experience in software/SaaS.
• Deep expertise across Salesforce multi-cloud (Sales, Service, CPQ/Billing).
• Strong integration experience with MuleSoft and SAP; end-to-end processes governance.

Responsibilities

• Own and define the enterprise-wide Salesforce architecture strategy.
• Design, governance, and evolution of Salesforce solutions with AI and automation focus.
• Own Salesforce-to-SAP integrations via MuleSoft; ensure scalability and data integrity.
• Lead architecture governance and collaborate with executive stakeholders to align with business goals.
