Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems, or closely related field, or equivalent.
• Three (3) years of experience analyzing, installing, configuring, and maintaining system components.
• Desirable: Salesforce certifications and senior Salesforce implementation experience.

Responsibilities

• Determine requirements for development or enhancement of systems or platforms.
• Design, plan, implement, and document system components and integrations.
• Provide 24/7 on-call support for incident response and recovery.
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams to resolve issues.
• Lead training and knowledge sharing for staff on new technologies.
