Qualifications

• Associate degree in computer science, computer engineering, information systems or closely related field.
• Three years of experience analyzing, installing, configuring, enhancing, and maintaining systems or platforms.
• Desirable qualifications include Salesforce certifications (Sales Cloud/Service Cloud), Salesforce Architect certifications, middleware/API gateway experience, Agile/Scrum, ITIL knowledge, and 6+ months Gov Cloud/APEX/data loading exposure.

Responsibilities

• Determine requirements for development/enhancement of systems supporting SF City platform.
• Design, plan, integrate, test, and enhance software components and data platforms.
• Provide leadership and guidance on architecture, governance, and security.
• Coordinate with vendors and departments; oversee training and documentation.
