InnoveusIT is seeking a Senior Salesforce Architect to lead Service Cloud and Order Management initiatives in Houston, onsite five days a week. The role requires deep expertise in Customer 360, case management, and SAP integration to design scalable, end-to-end solutions.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years in IT with 5+ years in Salesforce architecture, hands-on delivery experience, and a proven ability to align technology with business goals while guiding cross-functional teams.

Formación

• 12+ years of IT experience with 5+ years in Salesforce Architecture.
• Hands-on Salesforce Architect capable of integrating with SAP and delivering Customer 360.

Responsabilidades

• Design and own Salesforce Service Cloud and Order Management architecture.
• Lead implementation of Case Management, Omni-Channel, Knowledge Management, SLA Management, and Customer 360 solutions.
• Design end-to-end order processes, including order capture, validation, orchestration, fulfillment tracking, and exception management.
• Define integration architecture between Salesforce, SAP ECC/S4HANA, and other enterprise applications.
• Lead solution workshops, architecture reviews, and technical governance.
• Provide guidance to development teams and ensure adherence to Salesforce best practices.
