Job summary

Natus Medical Incorporated seeks a Senior Salesforce Service Cloud Solution Architect to lead enterprise Salesforce architecture within IT. You will design, govern, and deliver Service Cloud capabilities, working with onshore/offshore teams to translate business needs into scalable solutions.

Expect hands-on development and cross‑cloud integration. The ideal candidate has extensive Salesforce Service Cloud experience, strong Oracle EBS integration skills, and proven leadership in complex

Qualifications

8+ years of Salesforce experience, including 3+ years as Solution/Lead Architect.
Deep experience with Salesforce Service Cloud in complex enterprise environments.
Experience integrating Salesforce with Oracle E-Business Suite R12 and other ERPs.

Responsibilities

Lead design, governance, and delivery of Salesforce Service Cloud capabilities.
Partner with IT leadership and stakeholders to translate business needs into scalable solutions.
Perform hands-on development/configuration (Flow, Apex, LWCs) as needed.
Establish and enforce architecture standards for configuration, APIs, security, and data models.
Guide integration architecture with Oracle EBS, MuleSoft, and CTI integrations.
