Job summary

Envista Holdings Corporation is seeking a Sr. Manager, Salesforce Architect to lead strategy, implementation, and optimization of Salesforce platforms across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and related CRM technologies.

You will manage teams of developers and admins, govern data architecture, and align CRM initiatives with Envista’s growth objectives. The role requires strategic leadership, deep Salesforce expertise, and the ability to deliver scalable CRM solutions that enhance customer engagement

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT/CRM roles focusing on Salesforce with several years in architecture/leadership.
• Proven track record leading CRM initiatives and teams including hands-on Salesforce administration or development.
• Deep knowledge of Salesforce ecosystem with Sales Cloud and familiarity with Service/Marketing Cloud.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive Salesforce CRM strategy and multi-year roadmap.
• Own Salesforce product vision and ensure enhancements drive value and growth.
• Oversee day-to-day Salesforce environment for availability, performance, and security.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce admins and developers, including external partners.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Service to prioritize and deliver CRM projects.
• Establish governance, data security, change management, and release processes.
• Drive user adoption, training, and support to maximize CRM ROI.
• Ensure seamless integration with ERP, MDM, e-commerce, and marketing automation.
