Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree and 8+ years IT/CRM experience with Salesforce
• Proven leadership of CRM initiatives and teams, with hands-on Salesforce admin/development experience
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and stakeholder collaboration

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a comprehensive Salesforce CRM strategy and multi-year roadmap
• Own the Salesforce product vision across Sales Cloud and related tools
• Oversee daily Salesforce operations including security, availability, and performance
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce admins/developers and external partners
• Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Service to prioritize and deliver CRM projects
• Establish governance, data security, release management, and best practices for CRM
• Drive user adoption and provide training to maximize CRM ROI
• Oversee integration with ERP/MDM/e-commerce and analytics for unified data view
