You will manage teams of developers and admins, oversee data architecture and stakeholder engagement, and drive scalable CRM solutions across Sales Cloud and related tools to support global growth. The role requires onsite presence 4 days per week with ongoing governance, platform upgrades, and cross‑functional collaboration.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, or related field.
• 8+ years in IT/CRM roles with Salesforce focus; leadership experience.
• Hands‑on Salesforce administration or development and team supervision.
• Deep Salesforce ecosystem knowledge across Sales Cloud and related tools.
• Strong configuration, customization, and integration skills.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute a Salesforce strategy and multi‑year roadmap.
• Oversee day‑to‑day Salesforce environment, ensuring security and availability.
• Lead and mentor a team of Salesforce admins and developers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service to deliver CRM projects.
• Governance, data quality, and Agile delivery of enhancements.
