Job summary

Perfect Timing Personnel Services, Inc. is seeking a Senior Salesforce Developer/Architect to lead the architecture and delivery of a multi-app Salesforce environment in a nonprofit setting. You will guide the transition from NPSP to NPC, collaborating with admins, program staff, and leadership.

You will design scalable data models, oversee integrations, and drive high-quality implementations, while ensuring security and governance. This Indianapolis style?

Qualifications

• 6+ years of hands-on Salesforce development in complex, multi-object environments.
• Experience with NPC data models and fundraising modules.
• Proven ability to design and maintain integrations via Salesforce APIs.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop Salesforce applications using Apex, LWC, Flows, and APIs.
• Lead data architecture and automation for NPC modules (grants, donor engagement, programs).
• Define release cycles, sandbox strategy, and deployment processes.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to Salesforce Admin and staff.
