Job summary

Pinnacle Consulting & Recruitment is seeking a hands-on Salesforce Architect with experience in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or Education Cloud to stabilize and enhance a donor and community engagement platform. You will own technical delivery as the implementation partner hands off to internal staff, mentor admins, translate business needs into scalable designs, and drive reliable releases with testing, documentation, and strong stakeholder collaboration.

Qualifications

• Hands-on Salesforce Architect with solution design and delivery responsibility.
• Strong architecture and implementation experience with Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or Education Cloud.
• Experience designing and supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
• Proven success stabilizing and enhancing Salesforce production environments after implementations.
• Strong troubleshooting across Salesforce configuration, automation, integrations, and data.
• Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to translate donor, constituent, and community engagement workflows into platform capabilities.
• Experience directing work, mentoring administrators, and maintaining delivery accountability.
• Strong communication skills collaborating with technical and business stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Investigate production defects, identify root causes, and implement sustainable solutions.

• Prioritize and delegate work to internal Salesforce administrators, providing technical guidance and reviewing completed work.
• Lead hands-on configuration and complex enhancements while maintaining platform stability.
• Establish testing, deployment, and documentation practices to support reliable releases.
• Partner with business stakeholders to improve platform functionality, data quality, and user experience.

This is a contract-to-hire position.

Position Overview

We are seeking a hands‑on Salesforce Architect with experience in Salesforce Nonprofit Cloud or Education Cloud to lead the stabilization and ongoing enhancement of a newly launched donor and community engagement platform.

This individual will own technical delivery as support transitions from the implementation partner to the internal team. Responsibilities include assessing the existing environment, resolving complex production issues, designing enhancements, and providing technical direction to a Salesforce administrator and junior administrator.

The ideal candidate combines strong Salesforce architecture expertise with practical experience supporting and improving production environments. Candidates with Education Cloud experience who can apply their expertise to donor, constituent, and community engagement workflows are encouraged to apply.

• Experience designing and supporting Salesforce Experience Cloud solutions.
• Demonstrated success stabilizing and enhancing Salesforce production environments following implementation or a major launch.
• Strong troubleshooting skills across Salesforce configuration, automation, integrations, and data.
• Experience translating complex business requirements into scalable Salesforce solutions.
• Ability to understand donor, constituent, and community engagement workflows and translate them into effective platform capabilities.
• Experience directing work, mentoring administrators, and maintaining accountability for delivery.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to work directly with technical and business stakeholders.
