God’s Love We Deliver, a leading nonprofit in New York, seeks a Salesforce Architect to own the platform strategy and roadmaps, ensuring scalable, secure solutions for service delivery, production, inventory, and CRM. You will supervise the Salesforce Administrator and collaborate with leadership to translate needs into durable tech strategies.

Qualifications

5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce experience, including architecture or senior technical roles.
Deep understanding of Salesforce data modeling and security.
Proficiency with declarative automation (Flow) and programmatic capabilities (Apex, SOQL) at an architectural level.
Experience with integrations and APIs; ability to translate business needs into scalable designs.
Excellent communication to explain technical concepts to non‑technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

Own end‑to‑end Salesforce architecture across CRM, service delivery, production, inventory and van delivery workflows.
Design scalable solutions using Salesforce best practices and data/security models.
Define and maintain architectural standards, documentation and roadmaps.
Evaluate new Salesforce features and releases; align adoption with priorities.
Ensure data quality, integrity, and lifecycle management across systems.
Translate business requirements into technical designs and review solutions.
Collaborate with leadership to provide governance and architectural oversight.
Supervise the Salesforce Administrator and partner with vendors/consultants as needed.
Support change management and user adoption with intuitive solutions.
