Job summary

ITW EAE seeks a Salesforce Solution Architect to own the design, build, and optimization of our Salesforce platform. You will work with business stakeholders and technical teams to translate requirements into scalable, well-architected solutions.

This hands-on role balances strategic thinking with day-to-day delivery. You will lead architecture reviews, govern standards, and guide teams on scalable configurations, integrations, and automation within a global environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Software Engineering, or related field.
• 7+ years of Salesforce experience including architecture and leadership responsibilities.
• Salesforce certifications: Administrator + Platform Developer I/Platform App Builder/Sales or Service Cloud Consultant.
• Strong proficiency in Apex, LWC, Flow, and other Salesforce capabilities.
• Experience with data modeling, security architecture, and governor limits.
• Experience designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Excellent communication to translate tech to non-tech audiences.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, design, and delivery of complex multi-cloud Salesforce solutions.
• Develop and maintain architecture roadmaps, standards, and governance.
• Advise stakeholders on optimal use cases and approaches.
• Translate requirements into scalable configurations using declarative tools.
• Oversee day-to-day platform operations including security and data quality.
• Design scalable configurations, integrations, and automation across Salesforce.
• Lead architecture reviews and manage technical debt.
• Continuously learn Salesforce roadmaps and emerging AI capabilities.
• Evaluate emerging technologies to support modernization.
