Job summary

01 FirstDay Foundation is seeking a Salesforce Solutions Architect to lead end-to-end architectural design for enterprise Salesforce deployments. You will partner with the Salesforce Architect, drive secure, scalable solutions, and contribute hands-on through Apex, LWC, and platform automation.

Role requires 7+ years of Salesforce experience, strong security/data knowledge, and proven leadership in fast-paced, multi-stakeholder environments.

Qualifications

7+ years of Salesforce platform experience with hands-on depth.
3+ years in a senior developer, technical lead, or solution architecture role.
Strong Apex development with automated test coverage.
Experience building LWC and modern Salesforce UX patterns.
Deep understanding of Salesforce security and data architecture.
Experience designing integrations using REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.

Responsibilities

Own end-to-end solution architecture for Salesforce capabilities and integrations.
Translate business needs into architectural blueprints and patterns.
Lead design reviews, enforce development standards, and mentor staff.
Troubleshoot complex production issues spanning performance, security, and data.
Oversee platform governance, data migration, and reconciliation strategies.
