Job summary

Coastal Cloud LLC is seeking a Senior Solution Architect to own the end-to-end technical strategy for complex Salesforce-centric ecosystems. You will lead discovery, craft scalable cross-cloud architectures, and guide delivery teams toward excellence at a client-focused, on-site engagement in Austin, TX.

The role requires leadership in presales, mentoring, and achieving Salesforce certifications; prior experience with PRM and AppExchange integrations is valued.

Qualifications

• 7+ years designing Salesforce-centric enterprise solutions in a consulting or agency environment.
• 3+ years in a Senior Solution Architect/Lead Architect role leading multi-cloud implementations.
• Experience implementing Salesforce PRM (Partner Relationship Management).
• Deep mastery of Salesforce Sales and Service clouds with hands-on expertise in at least two domains (CPQ, Field Service, Data Cloud, Industry Clouds).
• Certified Salesforce System Architect or Application Architect track; minimum 5–6x certifications.
• Experience with SLDC/Agile or Hybrid methodologies.
• Ability to create ER and object relationship diagrams for design concepts.
• Must have full-time permanent US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Own the overarching technical design for enterprise Salesforce-centric solutions across Sales, Service, CPQ, Experience Cloud, and integrated SaaS/ERP platforms.
• Architect and design the PRM product for partners.
• Produce architecture diagrams, data models, and integration architecture artifacts.
• Lead build tasks, estimate effort, and oversee dashboards and UAT.
• Evaluate declarative vs. programmatic solutions and AppExchange products.
• Perform Salesforce admin/configuration and data migration duties as needed.
• Collaborate with Coastal and client teams to drive success.
• Support presales solutioning and mentor junior architects.
