Job summary

MiniMed is seeking a Principal Salesforce Developer to set technical direction for Salesforce development while remaining hands-on. You will define standards, supervise integrations, and mentor engineers to deliver scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives.

You will collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate business needs into technical designs, review complex issues, and maintain thorough technical documentation.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher required with 7+ years of Salesforce development experience.
• 5+ years of relevant experience if advanced degree obtained.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, architecture, and development of complex Salesforce apps using Apex and LWC.
• Oversee integrations via REST/SOAP APIs and middleware.
• Mentor developers and drive engineering quality across the team.
• Enforce coding standards and governance for Salesforce projects.
• Review designs, troubleshoot, and document system health and maintainability.
• Collaborate with analysts, architects, and PMs to translate requirements into technical specs.
