Job summary

Commence seeks an experienced Senior Salesforce Developer to lead design, development, and architecture of our Salesforce ecosystem. You will drive scalable solutions and collaborate with stakeholders to deliver workflows for cases and payments at scale.

In this role, you’ll mentor junior developers, set coding standards, and stay ahead of Salesforce innovations to optimize performance and reliability across integrations, including AWS-based data exchange.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/IT or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on Salesforce development experience.
• Strong experience in Salesforce architecture and scalable solutions.
• Proficiency with Apex, Visualforce, Lightning components, and Flow.
• Experience integrating Salesforce with AWS via REST APIs.

Responsibilities

• Define and implement robust Salesforce architectures and integrations.
• Lead design and implementation of multi-system integrations, especially AWS.
• Develop advanced Salesforce solutions focusing on scalability and performance.
