MiniMed seeks a Senior Salesforce Developer to lead the design, development, and integration of Salesforce applications across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Marketing Cloud. You will mentor junior developers, collaborate with stakeholders, and drive complex projects to successful completion.

The role requires deep Salesforce expertise, strong coding standards, and experience with APIs and DevOps practices in a hybrid work environment based out of Johns Creek, GA.

Qualifications

• Requires a Bachelor's degree and minimum of 4 years of relevant experience, or an advanced degree with 2 years of experience.
• Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I is required.

Responsibilities

• Lead design and development of complex Salesforce applications, including custom objects, fields, workflows, Apex classes, triggers, and Lightning components.
• Develop and implement scalable Salesforce solutions meeting business requirements.
• Oversee Visualforce pages, Lightning Web Components, and integrations using Salesforce APIs.
• Architect and design robust Salesforce solutions aligned with best practices and business needs.
• Review and optimize existing code for performance and scalability.
