MiniMed is seeking a Principal Salesforce Developer to set technical direction and stay hands-on with complex engineering work. You will define standards, guide architecture, review designs, and ensure scalable, secure Salesforce solutions aligned with business goals.

You will mentor developers, oversee integrations via REST/SOAP, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to translate needs into precise technical specs. Hybrid role based in Johns Creek.

Formación

• 7+ years of Salesforce development experience required; advanced degree with 5+ years accepted.
• Hands-on leadership in technical designs and architecture.
• Proven experience with integrations, SSO, and multi-region deployments.

Responsabilidades

• Lead design and development of complex Salesforce apps using Apex and LWC.
• Define standards, enforce governance, and guide architectural decisions.
• Mentor developers and review designs for quality and security.
• Oversee Salesforce integrations via REST/SOAP and middleware.
• Collaborate with analysts and PMs to translate requirements into specs.
