Job summary

CG Infinity, Inc. is seeking a Salesforce-focused professional to lead implementation, configuration, and integration of complex Salesforce environments in a fast-paced consulting setting.

You will guide discovery workshops, present options to technical teams and C-level audiences, and directly manage a team of developers to deliver accurate, timely solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud and Community Cloud initiatives.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience developing on Salesforce platform.
• Proficient in Apex and Visualforce page creation.
• Strong understanding of Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Community Cloud capabilities.
• Ability to prototype in Salesforce and communicate capabilities clearly.
• Experience with user acceptance testing and presenting to executives.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate requirements development sessions to understand customer needs.
• Interpret roadmaps and apply technical solutions.
• Present implementation options to technical teams and C-Level audiences.
• Lead discovery workshops and prototype demonstrations.
• Manage a team of Salesforce developers and monitor deliverables.
• Architect and configure Salesforce solutions including integration and customization.
• Maintain Salesforce roadmap, releases, and maintenance discussions.
• Collaborate with multiple teams to ensure production deployments with minimal business impact.
