Job summary

CG Infinity is seeking a Salesforce Technical Manager to lead the design, development, implementation, and support of Salesforce solutions. This role combines technical expertise with team leadership to deliver scalable and secure Salesforce applications that meet real business needs.

The ideal candidate will have over 7 years of experience in Salesforce along with strong knowledge in Salesforce platform capabilities. A Bachelor's degree in a related field is required, and preferred qualifications include Salesforce certifications.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in Salesforce development, administration, or implementation.
• 3+ years of experience leading technical teams or projects.
• Strong knowledge of Salesforce platform capabilities, including Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, and Lightning Experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the technical design and architecture of Salesforce solutions.
• Manage a team of Salesforce developers, administrators, and technical consultants.
• Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
• Oversee development, testing, deployment, and support of Salesforce applications.
• Ensure best practices in Apex, Lightning Web Components, integrations, and data architecture.
