Job summary

Affirm, a remote-first credit company, is hiring for a senior Salesforce architect/engineer to lead architecture, design, and governance of Salesforce, CPQ, and CLM ecosystems. You will drive integrations with Workato, evaluate Einstein AI capabilities, mentor engineers, and collaborate with Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Revenue teams.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree or equivalent experience.
• 5+ years in complex Salesforce environments.
• 4+ years Apex, LWC, and Flow development.
• 2+ years building/integrating with iPaaS tools (Workato) and documenting it.
• Proficient with Salesforce DevOps tooling (Gearset, CI/CD).
• Familiarity with Agentforce and Einstein AI and their use in Revenue workflows.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to translate technical work for business stakeholders.
• Ability to collaborate across Engineering, Finance, Legal, and Revenue teams.
• Core Pardot experience; strong CPQ and CLM knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Define and review technical designs for custom development, integrations, and data migrations.
• Evaluate Salesforce capabilities (Flow, Agentforce, Einstein AI) and recommend adoption paths.
• Design, build, and govern Salesforce integrations using Workato; manage end-to-end initiatives.
• Collaborate with XFN stakeholders to gather requirements and communicate across audiences.
• Mentor Salesforce engineers with architecture guidance and knowledge sharing.
• Set strategic direction for Salesforce, Ironclad, and adjacent Revenue systems for scalability.
• Own end-to-end architecture and governance of CPQ and CLM solutions; define data models and reporting.
