The role focuses on defining designs for integrations, guiding architecture across Salesforce, CPQ, and CLM, and mentoring engineers to scale revenue systems while collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications

• BA/BS or equivalent 4-year degree or experience.

• 5+ years Salesforce.com in enterprise orgs.

• 4+ years Apex, LWC, and Flow.
• 2
• 2+ years integrating with Workato or iPaaS.
• 2
• Proficient in DevOps tools (Gearset, DX/Git).
• 2
• Familiar with Agentforce and Einstein AI for Revenue workflows.
• 2
• Excellent written and verbal communication; translate tech for stakeholders.
• 2
• Ability to build trust across Engineering, Finance, Legal, Revenue.
• 2
• Core Pardot experience.
• 1
• 5+ years Salesforce CPQ.
• 2
• 2+ years configuring Ironclad CLM; admin badge.
• 2
• Certifications: Salesforce Advanced Admin, Platform Developer I/II, CPQ Specialist.

Responsibilities

• Define and review technical designs for custom development and data migrations.
• Evaluate Salesforce capabilities and recommend adoption paths with measurable value.
• Design, build, and govern Salesforce integrations using Workato and govern multi‑quarter initiatives.
• Partner with Engineering, Sales, Legal, and Operations to gather requirements and communicate clearly.
• Mentor Salesforce engineers with architecture guidance and pairing.
• Set strategic direction for Salesforce, Ironclad, and adjacent Revenue systems.
• Own end‑to‑end architecture and governance of CPQ and CLM; align pricing data models and reporting.
